The participant simply sits on an ergonomically designed professional massage chair that is brought along by our licensed massage therapists.

Each massage lasts between ten and twenty minutes and can be customized to include work on the back, arms, hands, head, neck and shoulders.

This amazing massage provides a short break in your day to de-stress and boost productivity.

The amount of pressure used by our therapists is totally up to the client. We don't use oil and our technique targets pressure points that release muscular tension & stress whille energizing the client to feel appreciated, happy, relaxed and invigorated, and even more productive!

In a business or office setting, a quiet space or meeting room is ideal as this allows employees to completely switch off for 10 to 20 minutes. We can set up in small spaces - like conference rooms, break areas, or event spaces. If this isn't possible, a quiet corner will suffice as our massage chairs don't take up much space and only require a clear area about 5' x 5' for each chair.

We bring all necessary equipment and, for an outdoor event, we can bring our tents to set up where you prefer.

Yes! Many of our clients choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits for their workplace or community space. Recurring programs help create lasting wellness benefits.

Absolutely. We can provide multiple therapists for conferences, health fairs, appreciation days, and other high-attendance events.
